About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Jungle Island, a premier entertainment destination in Miami. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the disposal of garbage and cleaning of dishes.
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, while ensuring responsible service practices.
  • Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety standards in the workplace.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Three or more months of experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
