  • Lead New Building Products and Styles: Identify and implement new building products, styles, and colors that meet the company's standards and goals.
  • Organize Specs, Options, and Color Samples: Coordinate the organization of specifications, options, and color samples for each community to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop Construction Schedule Templates: Collaborate with the construction team to develop and maintain construction schedule templates that meet the company's needs.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, including recruitment, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Construction Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and construction teams to set up and maintain communities, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Improve the HQ Rebate Program: Analyze and improve the HQ Rebate program to maximize revenue capture and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or accounting, is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in purchasing and supply chain management is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software is required, as well as strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in purchasing and supply chain management, including experience in cost reduction and savings.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders.
