We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Energy Transfer. As a key member of our internal application support team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customizations to the Salesforce system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including reports, dashboards, workflows, custom objects, and other customizations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces between Salesforce and other software applications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Debug and resolve issues or defects in Salesforce solutions.
- Perform weekly data backups, maintain backup of site configuration using sandbox refresh, build, test, and migrate configurations from sandbox to production.
- Maintain and create project documentation, including system documentation, business process documentation, and training materials.
- Support other based applications.
- 2+ years' work experience in a cloud application developer role.
- Experience building business process automations or workflows.
- Experience with reporting & dashboard technology.
- Skilled problem solver with the drive to follow issues through to completion.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills, with a close attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a highly visible, fast-paced environment independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in midstream oil & gas industry is a plus.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
