Job Overview

Position Summary:

Vector CSP, LLC is seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to support the modernization and sustainability of command and control (C2) weapon systems. This role involves contributing to mission support planning systems and ensuring efficient operational processes throughout the lifecycle of C2ISR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting operational studies to identify capability gaps and assess associated risks.
  • Support the Program Manager in establishing optimal team structures and developing interdependent schedules.
  • Track project efforts, report on progress, and suggest alternative strategies as necessary.
  • Engage in risk and threat assessments to evaluate operational effectiveness and compare various solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within USAF MAJCOM or higher-level staff, including active duty, government service, or contractor roles.
  • Five (5) years of operational experience specifically in the USAF Mission Planning Systems domain.

Essential Skills:

  • Facilitate and oversee working group efforts as directed, producing necessary reports and briefings.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant operational documents and contribute to their development.
  • Act as a senior representative with a comprehensive understanding of the JCIDS process and associated regulations.
  • Develop and manage integrated product work schedules, ensuring timely updates on project status and cost/schedule impacts.
  • Utilize expertise in PPBE to assist with POM builds and provide guidance on programmatic issues.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Five (5) years of experience in developing, coordinating, and briefing JCIDS documents.
