Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a SIGINT Analyst to support the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA.

This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program and requires a strong background in SIGINT fusion and multi-domain operations.

The successful candidate will provide SIGINT SME support to senior leaders, orchestrate efforts to conduct SIGINT capability gap analysis, and work with MAJCOM and 480 ISRW Staff to integrate new baseline technology and sensors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SIGINT SME support to senior leaders in generating, reviewing, prioritizing, and validating new and existing DCGS SIGINT requirements.
  • Orchestrate 480 ISRW SME and Group efforts to conduct SIGINT capability gap analysis, assess data frameworks, and validate associated accesses required to execute AF DCGS SIGINT mission.
  • Work with MAJCOM, 480 ISRW Staff, and groups to help integrate new baseline technology, sensors, and data sources that drive desired operational capabilities.
  • Support in coordinating with MAJCOM program managers on requirements, mission changes, analyzing programming documents and directives, and disseminating guidance as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 + years of SIGINT Fusion experience in multi-domain operations.
  • Completion certificate from a DoD or IC specialized SIGINT career field.
  • Must possess a diverse background in multi-domain SIGINT operations and fusion applications.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications but specifically MS EXCEL, One Note, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be capable of working independently and collaboratively with AF DCGS stakeholders to develop time sensitive ISR operational solutions and protracted analyses.
  • Must have a current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the AF Distributed Common Ground System Analysis and Exploitation Team (AET) operations.
  • Familiarity with multiple manned and unmanned ISR platform and sensor operating parameters, AF DCGS TTPs, and applicable DoD and IC directives.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with initiatives such as Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Multi-Source Correlation System (MSCS), Thresher, and SNAPGLASS to develop solutions for CFACC sensor agnostic requirements.
