Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive total compensation opportunity, including an estimated salary of $83,000+ per year, RVU bonus based on annual threshold, commencement bonus of $10,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription, and paid CME time. Additionally, we provide full benefits, including a 401(k) match, and paid malpractice insurance.

Job Description:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will work with a diverse range of patients, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their mental health goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address the physical and emotional needs of our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in social work or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
