Key Responsibilities- Fuel Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver fuel to and from company tanks and heating oil customers.
- Documentation and Inventory Management: Accurately complete and process all documentation, receipts, transactions, and accounting records.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the office and dispatcher for daily routes, updating directions, and communicating any problems with fuel deliveries.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the truck is equipped with all necessary equipment, tickets, and supplies for daily heating oil delivery tasks.
- Safety and Compliance: Properly and safely load the truck with petroleum products to legal road weight and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred but not required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- License: Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a minimum of a Class B CDL license with Tanker, Hazmat, and Airbrake endorsements.
- Skills: Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable working with new technology.
