Daily Responsibilities of a Case Compliance Specialist:
- Conducting thorough audits of cases prepared for submission to USCIS.
- Reviewing and refining legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Participating in client consultations and accurately documenting communications.
- Systematically organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files.
- Demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and staff through various channels.
- Working exclusively on-site.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding our Client First Mission, Vision, and Values by prioritizing client needs.
- Engaging in regular communication with clients through phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collecting, updating, and organizing client evidence in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Facilitating virtual and in-person meetings to gather necessary documents and payments.
- Preparing, editing, and processing client forms with precision.
- Training and supporting new team members.
- Assisting with legal and factual research as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a legal environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing legal case files, preferably in immigration law.
- High proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science or a related legal field.
- Willingness to work on-site.
