**Family Support Manager**
Better Together is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Support Manager to join our team. As a Family Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing critical support to families in crisis, helping them navigate the complexities of the child welfare system, and connecting them with the resources they need to thrive.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess the needs and strengths of families in crisis and develop personalized support plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with other BT Regional Staff to match volunteer support families with families seeking support.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to both volunteer and support-seeking families to ensure successful implementation of the Support Plan.
- Offer guidance, resources, and support to facilitate positive interactions and progress towards agreed-upon goals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or related fields preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, such as social work, human services, or a related field.
- Certification preferred: Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board.
- Valid Driver License; and
- Must possess an operational private vehicle for use in the performance of daily work activities.
