Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami.
The hospital provides a variety of specialized services for our community's children, ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage.
Lee Health is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,000 employed primary care and specialty providers with over 100 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.
Position Information:Lee Physician Group (LPG) - Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine is seeking a full-time BC/BE Adolescent Medicine Physician. Qualified candidates will have completed an Adolescent Medicine Fellowship. This position is based in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida and will exclusively provide specialty care for adolescents and young adults in the community.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing eating disorders, and menstrual disorders, as well as providing care for gynecological concerns, sexual and reproductive health. Clinical experience with eating disorders is highly desired.

Golisano Children's Hospital has been named Top Children's Hospital by The Leapfrog Group four times. Golisano is home to Southwest Florida's only state-designated Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center and is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Golisano is recognized as an Asthma Friendly Hospital by the Florida Asthma Coalition. Most recently Golisano Children's Hospital was recognized as a Certified Autism Center.
