We are seeking an experienced Industrial Technician or Journeyman to join our team in Holland, MI. As an Industrial Technician or Journeyman, you will be responsible for troubleshooting production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and installing/repairing manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain precision machine and production tools and equipment.
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and difficulties, then plan and implement actions necessary to return equipment to operation and prevent future breakdowns.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals to perform safe and effective repairs.
- Experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial maintenance role.
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
