Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Project Manager to join our team at The Hire Method, LLC. This role combines account management and project management responsibilities, focusing on our key legacy accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key legacy clients, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  • Oversee and manage industrial electrical projects for key accounts, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, address any issues or concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet project milestones.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project and account documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and client communications.
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project scopes to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical project management and account management.
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, codes, and safety standards, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and address project and client challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $105,000 - $125,000
  • Performance-based incentive bonus
