Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
  • Work a minimum of 3 days/week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, with 10 weeks of vacation and benefits eligibility.
  • Additional schedule flexibility as mutually agreed.
  • Supplemental pay for commuting more than 60 miles from home shift coverage.
  • No weekends or call.
  • Work in a Hospital-based Breast Center with Level 4 trauma designation and no ER volume.
  • Powerscribe dictation into EPIC, EPIC Mammography reporting.
  • Work in a team with 250 radiologists in the Seattle-based practice, with the Breast Imager serving as the on-site physician.
  • Support staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs, 1 mammography tech, and 1 breast navigator.
  • Breast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and helps schedule follow-up care for mammography patients.
  • Teleradiology is not an option for this need.
  • Adult patient demographic.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or ABOR) in Radiology.
  • Fellowship-Trained -or- Extensive Practice Experience in Breast Imaging.
  • Active OR License (or in process).
  • BLS (or willing to obtain).
  • Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies.
