We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologist to join our team at Della Infotech in Silverton, OR. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team, providing essential breast imaging services and ensuring high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.


Job Description:

Hospital-based Breast Center

  • 8 am - 5 pm schedule, Monday to Friday. No call.
  • Level 4 trauma designation
  • No ER volume

Powerscribe dictation into EPIC, EPIC Mammography reporting

1 mammography room and 2 ultrasound rooms at Silverton; 1 mammography room and 1 ultrasound room at the Imaging Center (only screening exams performed at this facility)

250 radiologists in the Seattle-based practice, with the Breast Imager serving as the on-site physician

Support staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs, 1 mammography tech, and 1 breast navigator

Breast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and helps schedule follow-up care for mammography patients

Teleradiology is not an option for this need - is used for diagnostic radiology exams, but not for breast imaging

Adult patient demographic.

Requirement description:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABR or ABOR) in Radiology - REQUIRED
  • Fellowship-Trained -or- Extensive Practice Experience in Breast Imaging - REQUIRED
  • Active OR License (or in process) - REQUIRED

BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
