Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Centra Healthcare Solutions. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work in the specialty area of Outpatient and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Work closely with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Physical Therapist Assistant license within the state of practice
