Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the optimal use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of resident issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, construction management) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
