Job Description

Role: Desktop Support

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop infrastructure.

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer and computer hardware.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Citrix and VPN connections.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
  • Administer email accounts and user accounts on Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions using our ITSM tool.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, and O365.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of antivirus software and network security.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
