- Benefits Strategy and Administration: Develop and implement benefits offerings that engage team members, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with iSolved (our HRIS system) and MS Office Suite and Google Apps.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of HR experience.
- SHRM certification a plus.
