Client Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Service Specialist to join our team at Clear Concepts Management. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify Leads: Assess customer needs and interest levels to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, tailoring your approach to address specific customer needs and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client's products or services to drive sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and Training: Submit regular reports to the sales manager detailing progress and results, and attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to company ethics and values.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Persuasive and Confident: A persuasive and confident demeanor, with the ability to handle rejection and objections.
  • Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills for pricing and calculations.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina for walking and standing for extended periods.
