Customer Service Expert

Xtend Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our credit union members.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support to credit union members via inbound and outbound services.
- Develop knowledge of standard credit union operations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and complete detailed notes when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
