We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
- Support the sales process by processing transactions, handling customer returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in visual merchandising and store displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
