CentraCare is seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join our team at CentraCare Neurosciences at River Campus and St Cloud Hospital.
Job Summary:The EEG Technologist is responsible for preparing and performing various neurodiagnostic modalities, as well as associated paperwork. This includes training department personnel on modality performance, assessing individual competency, and presenting patient data to physicians and hospital personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and perform neurodiagnostic modalities
- Train department personnel on modality performance
- Assess individual competency in modality performance
- Present patient data to physicians and hospital personnel
- Support patient safety and other safety practices
- Demonstrate Family Centered Care principles
- Clinical experience in a Neurodiagnostic department
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- American Board of Registry for Electroneurodiagnostics Technology (ABRET) Registry within 2 years
- Successful completion of an accredited School of Electroneurodiagnostics Technology (EEG) program
- 1 year's experience in performance of Neurodiagnostic procedures
