Position Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer for Revenue Management is a pivotal IT role essential for supporting our advanced platform (Model N Flex).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as a reliable IT technical engineer representing the Revenue Management IT function and contributing to its overall success.
- Actively participate in maintaining a stable technical foundation while ensuring scalability for future growth.
- Comprehend critical business processes and devise strategies to enhance these processes through technology.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to define and prioritize projects that support essential business needs and processes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proficiency with the Model N Flex Revenue Management System is required.
- Experience in vendor management is preferred.
- 5-8 years of IT/Industry experience is necessary.
Experience Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in supporting, maintaining, and facilitating upgrades to Revenue Management applications, data management processes, and data integration platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing system projects.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical development and back-end support experience.
- Ability to balance day-to-day support needs with long-term project initiatives.
- Strong capability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SQL Plus and SQL Developer; capable of creating and reviewing ETL design and mapping specifications documents.
This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
