Job Summary:

We are committed to driving innovation, predicting consumer trends, and exceeding customer expectations. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Control Systems Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all electrical and control systems in the plant, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and network sub-systems.
  • Train and coordinate the efforts of maintenance personnel on other shifts and assist in troubleshooting and documentation of root cause failure analyses.
  • Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, and/or Maintenance Manager to ensure that maintenance and production schedules are adhered to.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical inspections safely while equipment is in production.
  • Complete assigned tasks in accordance with government codes and regulations, GMP, safety, quality control, company programs, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • High school/military and practical experience in related field with a background in full machine and electrical control system installation.
  • Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi software, and preventative maintenance software.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design documentation and vendor-supplied documents.
  • Working knowledge of control system projects, including machine layout, control drawings, P&ID, system interconnection drawings, A/B-Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi basic and advanced programming and configurations.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Occasional work from offsite locations to assist with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
