Ellicott Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee multiple team units in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of prior Long Term Care experience and possess excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, and providing support to residents and families.
- Communication and Information: Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests, and ensure safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Manage documentation of resident care services and maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
- Requirements and Qualifications: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, have a minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs, and excellent computer skills.
