Job Opportunity: Pediatric Endocrinologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at Britt Medical Search LLC Defunct in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing hormonal disorders related to the growth and development of adolescents. This includes providing consultation in developing clinic policies, protocols, forms, reports, and records, as well as promoting new and enhancing existing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat hormonal disorders related to dietary needs, such as diabetes and obesity
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of endocrine glands and their role in adolescent growth and development
  • Analyze records, reports, and examination information to monitor patients' condition, progress, and treatment
  • Collect and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, and exam results
  • Provide on-call services as necessary
  • Identify serious or specialized illnesses or injuries and refer patients to the necessary specialist
  • Maintain successful working relationships with nurses and other medical facility staff
  • Participate in occasional and reasonable amounts of teaching and educational activities
