We are seeking a talented Internal Medicine Physician Leader to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group. The Primary Care division currently consists of 140 Providers. As a thriving part of the New England medical community, Southcoast Health offers practice excellence in an environment you want to call home.

Responsibilities
  • Support providers' success and wellbeing through close, trusting relationships in which they feel respected, appreciated, and engaged in Southcoast's mission.
  • Actively recruit, manage, and retain high-performing primary care providers.
  • Contribute to primary care strategic planning and maintain accountability for successful execution of strategies and tactics that advance organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented demeanor that exemplifies the code of conduct.
  • Exercise good judgment regarding clinical, operational, and managerial decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with all team members.
  • Adapt and help others adapt to a changing work environment.

Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
