Job Summary:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Machine Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Machine Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling machines, including handheld machines, and ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble machines, including handheld machines, according to specifications and quality standards.
- Interpret and follow wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform basic metalworking and machine shop tasks, including soldering and PCA rework.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Skilled with hands and able to perform manual tasks with precision.
- Ability to follow instructions and diagrams, and interpret technical documentation.
- Basic metalworking and machine shop skills, including soldering and PCA rework.
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in a manufacturing environment. Shifts are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Dress code includes jeans, shorts, plain shirts, and closed-toed shoes.
