**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate laboratory instruments and perform maintenance function checks and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and evaluate quality control checks to ensure accurate patient results.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to patients, medical staff, employees, and other sensitive data.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific biological field.
  • ASCP Board of Certification as Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist.
