Sleep Study Specialist

Magnet Medical is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Sleep Study Specialist for a travel opportunity in Colville, Washington.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Polysomnographer to join our team and conduct sleep studies in our state-of-the-art sleep center. As a Sleep Study Specialist, you will work closely with our medical team to diagnose and treat patients with sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting Sleep Studies (Polysomnography): Set up and prepare equipment, apply electrodes and sensors, monitor patient comfort, and record sleep stages and abnormalities.
- Patient Preparation and Care: Greet patients, explain the study procedure, assist with positioning, and provide a calming environment.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Calibrate and operate specialized equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain equipment hygiene standards.
- Monitoring and Data Recording: Continuously monitor physiological signals, adjust equipment settings, and record events during the study.
We offer a competitive salary of $$120,000 per year, based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Our benefits package also includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
