We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Team Member to join our vibrant kitchen team at Great Wolf Resorts. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $16.00/hour, and candidates must be at least 18 years old, with prior experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen by adhering to established procedures.
  • Prepare a variety of ingredients including fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood for menu items.
  • Follow recipe guidelines to create dishes, ensuring flavor and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, upholding our commitment to hygiene and sanitation.
  • Keep track of kitchen supplies and replenish as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure guest safety.

Basic Qualifications

  • Some high school education or equivalent.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
