This individual will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our company's products and services in a compelling and informative way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Creation: Proactively identify and capture effective, compelling photos and videos suitable for corporate and research & development contexts.
  • Project Coordination: Work across our network of companies, including Rushlight Ventures, Rushlight Assets, and others, to ensure seamless project execution.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Photo and Video Project Management: Provide coordination and oversight for photo and video projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling photos and videos that align with our brand's messaging and visual identity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project goals and objectives.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all visual content is consistent with our brand's messaging and visual identity.
  • Content Distribution: Assist with maintaining a file structure of public-released images and B-roll video, and curate social media content for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited two- or four-year college degree program focused on photography, videography, commercial art, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Availability: Availability to work 15-30 hours per week in person during standard business hours.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to confidently interact with individuals at all career levels, proficiency in photography and videography, including lighting, audio/video editing, and graphic design, and competency using related software, such as Mac OS, Adobe products, Canva Pro, and Microsoft Office.
