Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a PRN RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care, utilizing your knowledge, skill, and experience to analyze, think critically, plan, prioritize, and organize care.
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Communicate and document patient information effectively, ensuring continuity of care and achieving desired patient outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary shared decision-making activities and contribute to the improvement of patient care, nursing practice, and the work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent in Nursing or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in an emergency department setting.
  • RN License (AR or Compact State) - Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
