  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and working across diverse workstreams
  • Directly and successfully led complex and cross-functional projects
  • Experience in working collaboratively across the enterprise
  • Demonstrated independent decision making, integrity, and accountability for results
  • Has a track record of success in recruiting and developing diverse talent
  • Has successfully managed a P&L for a business or function
  • Has a solid experience in analyzing markets/customer segments, formulating commercial strategies, and executing campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Led teams to develop both incremental and innovative solutions that have unlocked new commercial opportunities or addressed barriers
  • Experience in building and maintaining an inclusive environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance and role modeling ethical behavior
  • Preferable experience on a market beyond your home market/Saudi Arabia
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia/GCC
  • Fluent English. Spoken Arabic would be an advantage
