About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at Disney Springs Town Center in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support in Sales & Operations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping experiences between our website and retail stores.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to deliver a best-in-class retail store customer experience.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Train and provide feedback to associates on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
  • Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
