Job Title: Generalist Clinician

Job Summary:

The Generalist Clinician is a key member of our team, providing comprehensive psychosocial and mental health care to clients and families. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical practice, with the ability to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans that address the client's psychosocial and mental health needs.
  • Provide risk assessment and intervention as part of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with emergency services and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Continuously assess the client's behavioral health status and provide evidence-based intervention strategies to improve functioning and adherence.
  • Act as the lead liaison between the client, psychiatrist, and other key providers, ensuring effective communication and care coordination.
  • Provide group and individual therapy services, as well as family therapy, to address the client's specific needs.
  • Document all patient contacts and important clinical information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Participate in job-related training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance, as well as perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Colorado license required (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Three years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health professional, or equivalent combination of training, education, and licensure.

Working Conditions:

This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment, with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dust, and loud noises. The position may require travel to conferences, meetings, and branch locations on a regular or intermittent basis.

Physical Activities:

This is a largely sedentary role, but may involve standing or sitting for extended periods, bending at the waist, and using hands and fingers to handle and file papers or operate assigned equipment.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Annual TB, federally required drug screening, and Influenza vaccination or compliance with policy and procedure.
  • Required possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Successful candidate must submit to and pass, post-offer drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LAC or CAS preferred.
  • Hybrid preferred. Remote (state of Colorado) considered.

Salary Range:

The salary range begins with unlicensed clinician and ends with licensed clinician. Clinical supervision for licensure provided.
