About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our dynamic care team at Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide clinical expertise in-home, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping activities.
  • Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts, personal care, range of motion exercises, Foley care, companionship, and light cleaning.
