Compensation and BenefitsThis 1099 position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40-$50+, with guaranteed weekly hours. In addition to a lucrative salary, this role also provides potential tax benefits and consistent pay across direct and indirect hours.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work with us in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, active ASHA membership and state licensure, and at least 2 years of experience working in a school environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a reliable computer and internet connection.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each student.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
The interview process typically consists of a 10-15 minute screening call with a recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district. Offers are usually made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
