About the RoleThis part-time position involves providing high-quality services to children with special needs, teaching them skills to replace maladaptive behaviors and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities- Deliver services to clients with autism, ADHD, and other maladaptive behaviors
- Work collaboratively with lead behavior analysts and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Contribute to a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development
- Current RBT license
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Ability to remain client-focused when providing services
- Comfortable working around higher management
- Experience working with children on the spectrum
- Ability to speak English
