Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions

The Shift Manager II will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors. The position requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The Shift Manager II must be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
