Your primary duties will include coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage up to 4 general contractors to deliver construction and/or remodeling projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Manage equipment ordering, delivery, and installation to minimize delays and optimize project efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Oversee vendor bidding and scheduling for essential services, such as signage and low-voltage work.
  • Purchase and coordinate the installation of owner-provided items to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain meticulous cost control and budgeting for construction and remodeling projects, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with Operations to guarantee efficient and smooth project turnover following completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with landlords to ensure accurate implementation of construction design standards and lease terms.
  • Coordinate punch list walk-throughs with the Director of Operations and District Manager to ensure timely completion of outstanding tasks.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
