Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Construction Supervisor to join our team. This position requires a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise all on-site activities, including sub-contractor management, vendor coordination, and material delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and LGE's quality standards through regular site inspections.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses.

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including 5 years as a Construction Superintendent
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to create detailed reports and schedules
