Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough health evaluations.

- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as required.
- Coordinate patient care across various healthcare settings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Valid and unrestricted California practice license.
- Nationally recognized certification as required.
- Completion of state-mandated educational courses.
