Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of roofers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule roofing projects
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Monitor and control labor costs, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
