Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. This is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in the hospitality industry and make a difference in the lives of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well and address any concerns they may have.
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest areas, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Daily change and inspect linens and towels, following the standards set forth in our Green Program.
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of potential safety hazards, reporting any issues found to management.
  • Respect guests' property and maintain confidentiality.
  • Responsible care of equipment and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Report to work on time and according to posted schedule, maintaining accurate time records and following proper standards for room issuance.
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
