Job Overview

At Tecomet, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist II to join our team of manufacturing professionals. As a CNC Machinist II, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality machined parts. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately will be essential in meeting our quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up CNC machines to produce machined parts within specified tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and adhere to PM schedules.
  • Ensure product quality by working to operator-owned quality (OOQ) standards and requirements.
  • Identify and escalate manufacturing issues to the Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
  • Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards within the work area.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
  • Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
