About the Position: Maxwell Group is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Resident Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life. This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing, as well as lifting or carrying weight up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 250 pounds independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life
  • Perform professional and restorative nursing services, including resident assessments, recording vital signs, administering medications and treatments
  • Keep timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports to ensure quality care is provided
  • Interact with physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility

Requirements:

  • Four-year college or university degree desired
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
