We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at Stellar Enterprises, specializing in Private Equity and Venture Capital. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert tax advice to our clients, handling all tax-related matters with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax advice to national and international clients, particularly multi-level partnerships, corporations, and their shareholders in the Private Equity and Venture Capital sector.
- Prepare and review annual financial statements, as well as review tax returns and independently handle complex tax declarations.
- Assist with Tax Due Diligence and tax audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, helping them grow in their careers and develop their skills.
- Successful completion of the tax advisor exam.
- Extensive professional experience in tax declaration and planning.
- Interest in Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as asset management.
