Location: Hybrid-Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $80K-$125K (commensurate with experience) plus bonus potential and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for the Oracle Cloud EPM suite, including Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS).
  • Utilize Oracle AI and BI tools to create and distribute reports, dashboards, and other analytical resources to support various business functions in decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Comprehend business processes and how the application aligns with these processes, applying this understanding to effectively resolve issues and promote continuous improvement.
  • Recognize dependencies and interconnections among different components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Lead the monthly upgrade testing for Oracle EPM, reviewing and implementing new cloud features.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Controllership teams to streamline the Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting processes for the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or Controllership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting).
  • Proficient understanding of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting, including currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs.
  • Experience in building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, creating dashboards, and automating business rules.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Proven capability to work collaboratively with internal clients in an agile environment, utilizing design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting various testing types (system, integration, performance, and user acceptance) and preparing documentation such as design documents, test plans, training materials, and procedural guides.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain both functional and technical system documentation.
  • Capacity to train internal Finance staff on advanced EPM concepts.
  • Commitment to continuous learning to enhance expertise in EPM technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in Finance, Operations, and IT.
