Job Summary

As a Cloud EPM Expert for Financial Planning and Analysis at Spruce Infotech, you will be responsible for the on-going support of the Oracle Cloud EPM suite, including Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud EPM suite, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
  • Develop and publish reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to assist various business functions in decision support and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A and Controllership teams to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting process for the organization.
  • Partner with the Financial Transformation Team to identify opportunities to enhance the process and system, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to the team.
  • Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience working in FP&A or Controllership.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred).
  • Familiar with functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting (currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under GAAPs).
  • Experience in building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, building dashboards, and automating business rules.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise judgment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an Agile manner.
  • Experience conducting testing (e.g., system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing), and preparing deliverable documents (both functional and technical), e.g. designs, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of EPM Automate, including the ability to build scripts to automate various data admin activities.
  • Experience with integrating EPM with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Process Mapping: Skills to visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.
  • Data Interpretation: Skills to correctly extract, analyze and intuit meaningful information or data from the various data sources such as structured and unstructured dataset, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
